Many Muslim scholars across the UK have condemned the violent actions of ISIS and other extremist groups and reject the false claim that it represents mainstream Islamic thought or practice. At this conference prominent scholars from the three schools of thought in Kirklees will provide their perspective of what is happening in Iraq and Syria. Speakers will include those who are from Syria/Iraq; have had contact; or been involved in charitable work in Syria/Iraq

Prayer facilities for Isha will be available at IMWS
